from WDRB News:
"A community remembrance is planned tomorrow for two children struck and killed by a driver who was allegedly fleeing police.

What charges the driver now faces and how people are showing support for the families involved.

Riley Lawrence and Claudia Wadlington died after a car struck them in a crosswalk near University of Louisville. Their families grieve tonight, as the police investigation continues.

They are signs of people upset and angry at what happened here Friday afternoon.

It's where police say 26-year old Kenielle Finch of Louisville struck and killed two children, left one of their mothers with a broken arm, and then fled the scene.

LMPD Spokeswoman Alicia Smiley said the little girls and the woman were in the crosswalk property. He ran the red light and that show "disregard for human life."

The coroner identifies the girls as four-year old Riley Lawrence and five-year old Claudia Wadlington, both of Louisville.

They were best friends, killed as they tried to cross the street from a McDonald's to the U of L natatorium for one last swimming lesson of the summer."
