I still stand by my idea that Inuyasha is likely a good uncle/ father figure.
What's happening in the lil comic:
So…dad/uncle Inuyasha doesn’t approve of Rin and Shiori wearing lipstick leading to him immediately wiping it off with his sleeve (like a mother hen) and proceeds to tell them not to worry about makeup cuz they have the beauty of being cute kids. He also tells them he doesn’t need more retarded bastards to kill so none of that stuff regardless. The lipstick belongs to Rin who is worried now that Sesshomaru won’t approve of it. Personally Inuyasha thinks he won’t care but instead tells her to wait to wear it with Sesshomaru.
Shiori is there either visiting Inuyasha and Rin or has at some point found Inuyasha upon her mom’s death cuz she didn’t want to be alone and he pretty much adopts her as his kid and she soon became friends with Rin. Again I have a previous post about ideas for Shiori for those interested.

Side note: For some reason there are people that think Inuyasha's birthday is April 1st...if they aren't joking...but I'm waiting to hear why they think this before marking the day on my calendar as his official birthday. Another person wrote a post describing why they believed his birthday was most likely December 4th; using estimated dates from the movies and researching events that happened in real life as their reasoning. I'd like to know the reason for the other date. Something other than it once being posted on that myanimelist site.
