Story:

Ryoko was the youngest of her family, one day when she was 8 her family went on a car trip and got into a bad accident, her mother and twin brother, Ryo, were hospitalized. Ryo suffered from massive head Trauma and died, her mother was in a Coma and woke with memory loss. She forgot she had a daughter, only sons.

The doctors said she would only live a couple of weeks, Ryoko's father told her to be her brother until she dies. Her mother has lived 8 years until then and she has been her brother since then. Her father said when she turns 16 they will tell her mother everything that has happened.
Now at Ouran Academy she attends her third year as a boy.
