Lol, also, I found out a while ago about the natures of different pokemon and that they raise a certain stat o3o So use bulbapedia to help with that cause that's what Im gonna be doing o` uo

A friend of mine told me about them. You can check it out on Bulbapedia.com!

It was some sort of way to give a boost to a pokemon's stats when they level up or something like that.

(His something I got off of Bulbapedia.com about it!)
Effort values are attributes which give bonuses to a Pokémon's stats and improve differently depending which Pokémon they defeat. These bonuses, in the form of effort points, are gained in addition to bonuses gained by increasing level. A Pokémon which increases in level using a Rare Candy instead of battling does not gain any EVs, making it weaker than a Pokémon who increases in level normally.

Yeah, I heard of the rare candy thing but the thing is, it'll re-gain all of those EVs if you give it all of those medicine items like Irons and Calciums.
