It's been rough days. After taking everything we could from the bear that attacked us we continued our journey across the mountains. It was gross to eat that smelly bear meat that Blaine forced me to swallow but now I understand it was necessary. We haven't find food in two days and this hunger it's starting to piss me off but I can go on, I have to, there is just no other choice. Blaine refuses to get on my back and I kinda appreciate it but I can smell that he's getting weaker by every mile we make and he's not looking so good. I'm scared he might get worse like before, fall and won't stand up again because I won't be able to do much for him. Where the heck are other humans when you need them anyway!?

There is rocks and snow every where we look and nothing more. Some rocks are piled up in curious ways, I'm starting to think that they're some kind of reference points as they appear every now and then through the path we are taking. There is no single noise aside of the one we make with every step, Blaine had never been this quiet before. I looked at him and whine low a little to call his attention, trying to check if he will smile back at me or pet me or if he's okay, tho deep down I know that he isn't. He looked down at me and I was glad that he dedicated me a little smile even if it didn't reached his eye. I passed my muzzle in between his leg and his arm to place his hand on my fur, he petted my head gently and moved his hand til the fur of my neck.

We stopped and stood there for a moment, right in the middle of nowhere. Every direction seemed to be the same, I could only tell where we came from because of the foot step we left in the snow. Blaine looked up to the stars, he was taught how to guide himself with them. I could feel him shivering, I could see he was really tired, I could see emptiness in his eye but also I could see he wasn't going to give up just yet so neither would I. He leaned on me passing his arm around my back and sighed before resuming our crusade. We will get through this, we will endure and survive.
