So, do you guys who this guy here is??
Sai crashed while I was working on this looooooong ago, I got mad at Sai and stopped...until today when I told myself to finish it
so that's why there's the crappy background etc.....
I tried something without lines...it's very hard and takes really long to finish...never again!!!!
So, what do you guys think? "D

Yup, that's the one!! The show was Top Cat and yes, the main characters were cats 
It is an old cartoon that I just remembered recently and wanted to draw TC like this....
