Me 's DDR. It's a font called sinbad. I think it's only PS though because I can't find it on word.

Ok, I remember running across something that looked like it before, I guess that's it. I'm not sure if older versions have it or not, but have you used the calligraphy brush set?

Nope. I would like to but I'm not using PS until I get a tablet. (partially because I overextended it's uses and can't authorize it on this comp)
