Very nice drawing, you have captured his wry smile and eyes very good! The hair looks really realistic too. 
Maybe next time, you can try and do a bit more light difference in the beard (though I do not know whether the reference picture had no more light), so it will show the facial contours even more, but all in all a very nice drawing
