good shit, but the commander appears to be sort of Chaos. The red Halo and psycotic look in his eye is a dead givaway, but he also appears to be equipped with a Chaos backpack only worn by chaos marines.

He is loyalist, and the red thing around his head is an Iron Halo shield generator artifact .
I don't see any Chapter symbol, he can be a Blood Raven or a Blood Angel, this picture

nice pic, love and play games-workshop products as well (several tabletops and dawn of war computer game) - so i knew the video before
sure it´s a very good pic, for me it´s too typical heroic
(even warhammer 40K uses glory and so as a major design theme - no further explaining it here, would take too long but feel free to ask^^)
would more likely to see a pic from you of a more infight scene - me for myselve I love the dreadtnought (the cyborg robot with its fast shoooting stormcannon) or a bit more difficult, the ork burna´s if you could manage allien skin and fire^^
