This was for a facebook event from a fan group for Disgaea that I've been a part of for ages. Recently, they started an event to draw a disgaea fan character that represents yourself. The winner becomes an admin, but in all honesty, I did it for fun.
Al-Stalz is a genie that was predominately active during the Silk road ages, settling to traveling from netherworld to netherworld challenging overlords and denizens to Mahjong. He picked up a smoking habit after watching a lot of human noir films. He's also a Pleinair fanboy, never missing her news show. Currently at an Evil Academy running a gambling Club.
Age: 2294 or someshit.
Evility: Four Winds ~ Gains +7% to all stats times number of enemies divided by 4.
Weapon Aptitudes: Sword - 3/Fist - 3/Spear - 3/Fire - Giga
Unique Skills:
1. La Smoker Bomber (Fire): Flicks a cigarette that distracts the enemy, grabbing them by face and slams them to the ground, which then explodes. Forward 4 spaces.
2. Little Four Winds (Star): Al-Stalz jumps into the air, then sends several beams toward the ground via kicks. Finally drop kicks into the middle of the explosions. A Ying/Yang symbol appears and a much large explosion erupts. Forward 1 space empty, then a cross.
3. NINE GATES (Star): On a mahjong table surrounded by Al-Stalz and Prinnies, Al-Stalz declares Ron! and Nine Magic gates materialize in the sky, firing massive beams onto the ground below. 3x3 Square in front.
Misc: Wears a red dragon mahjong tile on his left ear.
