Call me opinionated,
Call me illogical,
Call me a dreamer,
Despite anything you call me
We are all EARTHLINGS
who live on EARTH,
and as such we ALL belong here!
We all deserve to survive and live in peace.
How insane it must seem
to any being looking down at this planet
to see earthlings fighting with their own kind?
Especially if that being was a creator.
Would a creator want their creations
wiping each other out?
What creator of our entire planet
would favour one country over another?
Let alone watching their creations
wiping each other out
because of their different beliefs
of that one creator?
Everyone should be able to believe
in whatever beliefs they want to
pour their own faith into.
After all, belief manifests your reality!
As long as your beliefs hurt no one!
If a belief system encourages war and harm
then it is not a spiritual system, instead
it is a system made up by man, leaders,
and those who crave ill placed power
and ownership over lands.
Logically, why should any person or peoples
be punished for the mistakes of their ancestors?
Until punishments are more fitting
there are no real deterrents for those
who are harming others.
Why punish innocent animals
when we can instead experiment
on those humans who deserve it?
What better deterrent?
What better way to find cures or
discover what is safe enough
for human use?
Until weapons are abolished
we will continue to use them
against each other.
Until we refuse to do our leaders
dirty work for them
we will continue to behave immaturely,
and not grow and mature
into wiser and better beings.
Fighting fire with fire
does not put out the fire.
Using negativity against negativity
does not produce positivity.
The example that leaders lead by is
ultimately the influence they emit.
History shows the most popular leaders
are always the most logical and mature ones.
We must treat others
the same way we would like to be treated.
We must place ourselves into
the shoes of others.
Compassion and empathy
are positive skills to have!
That of what is contagious all starts with individuals,
be it bad or good.
Be the role model that you
wish your leader was!
Don’t waste precious time trying to
change others, instead use it to
continue to improve yourselves.
Why give your leaders power over
who you are when you can claim that power?
You can die for your country or
die for being who you prefer to be,
or die for being your own leader,
choose wisely.
Which one really makes you the bravest?
I refuse to use any territorial flag
in this artwork with theme of peace,
for this whole planet is just one big territory
and all people regardless of the country
they dwell in are equal.
The only people who are inferior
and intellectually defunct
are those whom harm others.
Just as there is so much beauty
on this planet, there is the capacity
for beauty inside every one of us,
if only we nurture it and allow
it to shine outwards towards others.
It can be challenging, but it’s possible
to learn tolerance towards others,
because hatred is just so very ugly.
Hatred is too effortless, so make some
effort and work towards tolerance and acceptance.
Hatred is for the lazy, tolerance is for the motivated!
Laziness makes you weak, work makes you stronger.
We actually help create the world we live in!
In an ideal world with an ideal race
we would be able to live where ever we want
in peace, for we are just one race…
The human race!
