This is ~darkeninglight666 's character, Moe Takahashi! I wanted to draw a chibi in a cute dress and thought Moe made an excellent choice! I hope that Bee likes it!!!

Wow, you have made that character so adorable! Her face and her eyes and her cute hair! I can see why people pay you for chibi commissions
The dress is stunning, you have put in such a fine level of detail on it, and the creases and bends are all in just the right places - it looks very realistic 
Her expression is cute as well, and the body language is really nicely done - it just looks like she's having a great time! She looks approachable and friendly right down to the position of her fingers and the placement of her feet
