And up next is the fifth protagonist of part three, and that's none other than Leon Dyer the Luxray.

For two and a half years, Leon has been part of the Howlite Police Department as one of its detectives, but he has never found the time to relax and have fun. With the help of his friends, however, he will surely relearn how to have a good time, even though he has a long way to go.

Birthplace: London, England, from a British mother and an American father, but lived his childhood years till the start of adulthood in Louisville, Kentucky, USA.
Birthday: 15th of May
Relationship status: taken
Boxing style: slugger
Boxing record: 55 wins, 30 losses, 15 draws and 55 knockouts.
Likes: practicing in the shooting range, watching series related to the police on TV, sketching and boxing.
Dislikes: jokes (not too strongly, but he does take them too seriously), too much paperwork and spiders (due to arachnophobia).
Personality: Leon has that "no nonsense" type of attitude going for him. However, because of his terrible habit of taking jokes too seriously, the Luxray was given the nickname "The fun police" by his coworkers. Now he is trying to break that habit by rejoining his old friends from the amateur league and with some new ones on his biggest adventure yet.
