This is from the Anime Series, "Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei," on of the most original Anime I have ever watched. My best friend introduced me to it.This is Kitsu Chiri -chan a neat freak! Almost as neat as Death the Kid in Soul Eater.
This is her in relief after she fixed a classmate's uneven socks.
