Awake in the splendrous light of golden morningthread of knowing hesitantly greets the rising sun
a soft rustle of something known as bedsheet
as it slips to the distant floor to reveal me
I am the would be radiant child
the want to be savior of myself
but my consciousness does not transcend
and my kingdom stores in a cardboard box
radiant light embraces the awareness
suffuses the corporeal attempting resonance
until the human shadow makes it dim
and revelation transforms to naked
