Description A sketch I did semi-quickly while chatting on the phone with my friend & fellow artist here, Navina. Obviously, it was done rather quickly by the looks of the squiggly lines of the trees, grass, & etc. This is no one specific character in particular, though she was inspired by...something anime, I suppose. Anyway--She's just a traveling magician, heavily cloaked & clad in robes, just passing through the forrest under the cover of darkness.

i think, if you've the time, you could probably blur the background so that the lines are so dark, compared to the character, but like you said, this is just a quick sketch, so you probably won't ever ever touch this again. i dare you to prove me wrong...no, i DOUBLE dare you to prove me wrong!! oh ho ho!

i like the forest effect with the shading ! the girl face expression is nice, i like her eyes a lot !

and also don't tell your friend that you was drawing when chating with her lol !! (my friends would kill me for this !!!! )

Oh, she knows I was drawing that while we were chatting together. So she really didn't mind, especially when it was sort of done for her anyway.
