with the third grade stars, i noticed that too. i was experimenting on the borders layer effects (painting on borders and using ctrl+G) and i forgot i hade stars on it. the red is actually supposed to just give the border a blood stained look to it. but, again, i forgot the stars were there till you just said something. but other than that, thanks for the comment.

Ooooo, me likies. Tribal designs were always my favorite, not to mention with swords. However, to me the border looks like metal with little rust effects in it. Thats all fine and good, until I realized that what added the redness was actually a swarm of small stars akin to the kind you get on third grade tests to accompany a 100%. Sorry if that sounds insulting, its not, its just that they don't seem to go with the piece. Otherwise, this is very well executed and presented.
