To be honest, I've just been practicing with Posemaniacs ---> www.posemaniacs.com/ , but redoing in more or less style I'm used to, cartoonish or so.
And one thing I use often: to feel head shape properly I draw ears, it helps me very much I dunno why.

I practice with Pozemaniacs, just doing their average exercises - like 30 sec drawing and stuff.
