Belerain Queen of the Skag, mutated Draconic inbred them and magically mutated them away from their extinction. Dragons dying at the hand of the Invader Jessriel Three-star and personal guard the Wards who sail for a new home after the destruction of their own. Upon the cliffs of Elvaria the wards for months slaughter the dragons who make their home there, in order to make it safe for Queen Jessriel. Belerain didn't take a liking to it and gathered all she could and mutated the dragon kind, giving them strength to aid her in war against Jessriel.
