Description So I'm trying to get in the habit of speed painting on a regular basis, I asked my friend to name a random FFX character and he said Auron so I went with that. It was a tough to start cause I had no idea what I wanted to do with him, got something going after a bit (had to reset my timer a few times cause of that too). So after I finished I accidentally changed one of my layers properties and got something pretty cool out of it and went with it. This was a bit tough to do cause I tried to make Auron look like he was in his mid thirties but I dunno if I pulled that off well, still looks kinda young...  So about little over and hour of work on this.

So this is a speedpaint! Looks pretty cool. The trick to age is adding discreet wrinkles, like crows feet. They don't have to be particularly noticeable, but you'll see a distinct difference compared to leaving the skin completely unpopulated.

Hmm I'll have to try that out next time I do a subject of a similar age range. 

Anyways, so yea that's kind of one way to go about a speed paint, just really depends on what you want the main focus to be, like in this case I wanted most of the focus around his eyes and such so I'd say about half the time was spent on that.
