I got this boy ages ago and finally found time to draw him! I tried doing something a bit closer to show style for this one. The idea behind him is he despite being a bat pony is a weather manipulator like rainbow dash. He spends a lot of his time towing large amounts of clouds but he's never put on snow duty as he doesn't have the wing protection of most pegasus being a bat pony.
