very nice atmosphere.
If you don't mind...some critiques...(it may or may not work?)
The horizon where the sky and water meet is too straight/sharp. I would maybe roughen it up a tiny tiny bit. Show some ripples/waves (not too much)
Also the light source on the ship is confusing. Is there light on the right? Out of camera/scene)
I would swap the dragon and ship. Move the ship to the left of the image (that way the moon could be the light source on the ship - but that may also mean moving the moon more to the right a bit) (and a little shadow/darkness at the water where the back of the ship touches water) and the dragon can be swooping in from the right) You would have to slide (electric if you want) over to the right a bit as well to make room for the ship on the left of you.

No I am very open to other views and constructive criticism! I never even thought about the lighting that way it make perfect sense though. Silly me. Thanks you very much!!!
