Hmm. I would take a luminophore paint and painted over the lightning. I don't know have you a store in your town with the luminophore things, but I have a store in Moscow full of this stuff. Or may be there is something on ebay. In short, I would advise you to light your lightings

Yes, there is a likelihood to make a mistake... or you can ask to do it another person, who has a more trained hand.
Anyway, there is a transparent luminophore paint with base color (like phosphorus) that don't appear on a dark background. Although, I have got 2 nail polishes on the basis of the luminophore (green and blue colours), which act on the same principle
