Raijin's outward personality is one of a very hyper, friendly, and overall outgoing young woman, kind to everyone she meets. She often speaks in very casual tones, and puts up a very approachable front, making her a very easy person to talk to. She tends to be very active, and extremely laid back in her behavior, having a had time taking a lot of things seriously despite her enhanced intellect. She tends to get herself deeper in situations than she should due to how bored she tends to become. However, despite her mostly friendly, and overall charming personality, Raijin suffers from the traits of a psychopath, often putting up a front to mask her overall apathetic and uncaring personality. Many of the bonds she forms are just show, holding only two or three friends as true friends, and she often shows little to no guilt or remorse for her actions, despite whom they may hurt. She also tends to be rather unorthodox, and while this can sometimes lead to good outcomes, it certainly doesn't help her in the teamwork category, often leading her to be seen as unpredictable. She tends to have a hard time deferring from right and wrong, holding no sense of social justice, and often resents authority. It is also because of this she tends to be impulsive and reckless, often getting others in trouble along with herself. However, she tends not to be a dangerous person to be around or hold as a friend, holding something of a sense of care for the few she holds feelings for, maming them a priority to protect- right below herself. Despite her true personality, Raijin rarely shows any of her tendencies, making her an overall pleasant person to be around, and an excellent fighter when she has to be due to her drive to protect herself and the few she holds real care for.

Born to an American father and a Japanese mother who ran a fairly popular restaurant in town, Raijin had always been a very fortunate young girl, and had grown up to live a relatively normal, if not fairly luxurious life, spending a majority of her free time packed away in the family room reading, or assisting with running her parent's restaurant. However, she often preferred to be alone, rarely socializing with others, despite her outward charm, perhaps due to her increasingly high IQ, which made her out to be a certifiable genius even from childhood, and also made it difficult to socialize with people she found beneath her intelligence. Things only became more complicated for Raijin when her parents began traveling more for thier work, and were rarely home. For this reason, she was forced to live alone with her brother. Despite this, Raijin took great comfort in the company of her elder brother, whom she loved very much. She was often noted to be a delinquent, and because of the admiration Raijin held for him, it was often suspected she took after him in her attitude and actions. However, after attending high school, Raijin quickly became much more sociable, and finally understood how to use her charm. She would soon there join the journalism club to express herself in a higher way than she was able to as a child. However, her life would soon change when met with some certain magic....
