I, uh.... actually can't think of anything to say.
Except maybe that it's way more fun to draw Kim and Shego looking different, looking more real, than it is to follow the actual show's style.
I originally wanted her to have plasma in her right hand, but... Meh.

I really miss watching Kim Possible. Is it still airing? I don't have cable or dish network, so I have no way of telling. Shego was the awesome one though. Her and Ron were my favorite characters when I was still able to watch it.

I don't think it's airing anymore. Ended years ago. But maybe there are some re-runs on Disney Channel or something? I watched it all on youtube, though. If you wanna watch the show again, it's probably still there. Or you could download it, if it's legal in your part of the world.

It's from an episode called 'Dimension Twist' where Kim, Ron, Shego, and Drakken all get sucked into a TV. They appear in a bunch of shows and stuff. 
My icon is the part where a guy tries to flirt with Shego. The outcome was entertaining. lolz.

The only real difference between Kim and Shego is that, while Kim can do anything, Shego is the only one who actually does everything.

It's a great pose. Reminiscent of Azula-gone-crazy at the end of the Avatar: the Last Airbender series, like she's shifting her weight erratically like a marrionette. Looks like she's just waiting for an excuse to snap and put someone through the nearest wall.
I continue to enjoy your shading style immensely. You do a great job of painting in a level of 3D detail that lineart just can't provide. It's a good pose, too. The uneven shoulders and shifting hips really work, and let the image be balanced without having to be symetrical. You have a knack for Shego; you always manage to capture her manerisms and personality when you draw a pose of her.
I think the extra detail in the hair hurts the comp, honestly. Too much detail for what's still primarily an art deco-style KP image. Contrasted with your previous rendition of a cast member in a more contemporary pop-art style , this one shows its cartoony roots a lot more, especially with the proportions of her eyes and mouth and face in general. All the added detail-lines in Shego's hair here make her hair look more... well, stiff. Like she just walked out of a heavy rain with dirty hair and now it's cemented in some unworkable shape; a far cry from the light, flowing, full-bodied black mane we always saw in the show. I can see what you were going for, but honestly I think with Shego's hair, less is more. Maybe it's just a personal preference.
My favorite Shego redition you've done remains Free Like A Flying Demon , for reasons I'll leave you to speculate on, but this one is great because it's so much more experimental. The intensified colors and shadows, more attention to detail and depth, make this one a real victory. I can't wait to see what you try next with her.

Shego is ALWAYS looking to snap and put someone through a wall, but she is not going nuts in this picture! She's just... strolling. Looking a tad bit murderous and curling her claws like she's going to rip someone's heart out.

I know a few gay people. Old schoolmates and such. Not sure if I'm friends with anyone who's gay, though... Gotta think that one through. Most people I know are straight. I think.
As for Kigo? I don't know... It appeals to me, on lots of different levels. Can't really explain it. I've always loved the idea of good and evil together, and they fit together so much better than, say, Ron/Shego or Kim/Drakken.

That's one of the amazing things about the show - the characters can be drawn in thousands of different styles, but they still retain almost-instant brand recognition.
Now that's some good character design.

Indeed they do. They're all so unique from each other that no matter how they're drawn, their individual details remain ultimately the same. Pale green skin and plasma will always denote Shego, no matter which of the countless animation styles she's drawn in; Kim's fiery red hair and blow dryer of doom, in the same way.
