It’s funny that here in Washington, where it rains so much, people rarely carry umbrellas. Probably because it takes up so much space and it’s heavy to carry… overall just a hassle, when your jacket can already cover you. Well, I don’t care what others think, I carry an umbrella sometimes. And this lovely smiling lady in the drawing is also carrying an umbrella.
