My friend BubaIuv seems to have lost her happiness along the way, but don't worry dear, everything's alright. It's okay not to be okay. Life is not just rainbows and happiness. It's like a rollercoaster, it's made of peaks and valleys. Life it's a huge caos sometimes, but it still has it's balance. You won't be the happiest person in the world, you will feel down, and you'll not feel the best right after. Take your time, allow yourself to heal slowly. You don't have to justify your sadness to anyone, nor find reasons for it. You're just sad. That's it. Human beings are a giant blast of feelings, and if they are locked up inside, you will burst out.
Your skies will get dull, clouds and rain might cover your sun, but you will eventually get over it, you're not alone in this. Someday your sun will rise again and you'll be able to see beauty in life again. Just give yourself some time.
Don't blame yourself for being human.
And in case you haven't heard this yet today: You're beautiful. You're smart. You're funny and unique. You're worthy of love and caring. And you'll never be a burden, or too much. You're enough, and perfect, just the way you are.

YOU'RE NOT ALONE
Millions and millions of people suffer with this kind of problems, you're not the only one, you don't have to suffer alone. As much as you sometimes might think that you're alone, unneeded, meaningless, YOU ARE NOT. You're not alone in this, and there will be people who will eventually be there for you. They're in there somewhere. Maybe they're right by your side and you just didn't realized yet. If you still haven't found them, please FIND THEM.
Please don't care about what others say, what others think of you, what others say you're supposed to be or do. Because they have no idea of what you've been through, they don't know you like you do. Do what you want, be who you want, regardless of what others think.
I'm telling you all this because I'VE BEEN THROUGH ALL OF THIS BEFORE. I know it's hard, I know how bad, exhausting and terryfying it can be sometimes. I know I'm not over all of this yet, but I know I need help, and even though my mind keeps messing with me and telling me horrible things, I have found amazing people, even though I took ages to realize how precious they are to me, that tell me otherwise, they love me and worry about me, and they made me realize I'm not alone.
And you are not either."
