At first when he told me about this character would be difficult to work with, but when drawing her, she was very easy and fun to work with, I'm glad to have drawn her. Well, you're half right. Her name and appearance are indeed inspired by the Roman god, Janus. However, Jana is a queen of the Fae, not a goddess.

Not exactly. Jana turns her head to deal with whatever situation is at hand, depending on the situation at hand. One face is fair and just while the other face is cruel and iron-fisted. Of course, she does not have complete control over her head. There are times when she shows leniency towards those who should be punished, and other times she uses negative reinforcement to achieve her ends rather than positive methods. Sometimes, there is no telling what she will do.
