She have hope for him to guide her, all while supports and gives hims moral supports in dangers situations and events where it's on requires him to do it on his own, but there are times where she activity steps in to help making sure he or nobody get hurts or worse. As Kathica believe in the light within the human soul and that everyone have the right to live. She's grateful for Buffalo's help, but at the same time for some reason, afraid of him seeing his own mother again and doing her best not worry and be a good pack leader of the group.
