("Mega Man" series: Owned by Capcom)I've been looking through my "Mega Man & Mega Man X Complete Works 25th Anniversary" artbook and thought I'd draw a pic of an unused Robot Master, so I just went and picked Smoke Man (MM3 one, not the cigarette-smoking MM2 one). As for his colors, I just thought I'd give his some gray, dark green and silver to fit with the "pollution" theme.
