Description
Viral is based of the pikachu's sprite in my blue version.I got him through the use of a gameshark(He doesn't realy have all the green and numbers,he looks normal in game.) So this is the design I came up with for him.It's similar to Pain's(my raichu I got through use a gameshark also on my blue version xD)piakchu belongs to belongs to Nintendo,game freak,pokemon,ect.
