Art Trade with DanSyronAfter hours of sketching, some issues with making the lineart and coloring I finally finished the part of our trade. A character drawing was supposed to be only one character actually. But I find both of Dan's characters are so awesome. I just like fox characters and luminescent art, a bit of Sci-Fi or something futuristic and crystal stuffs xD
So I decided to make a drawing of DanSyron 's character Syron Grey - as former Sonic form and his current Anthro form. (It's kinda like Syron Generation with Classic and Modern Sy lol) So double is better.
It's still kinda hard for me to draw Anthro though but I hope you'll enjoy this.

Yeah, now I know how I color my works ^^ - even if I'm using my GIMP instead of another program ^^Β°
Well, I made the crystals during making my lineart. I added them on a separate layer and edited them later. I created a mask with the wand tool and then I used gradients for each panel of the crystal. It's not magic at all. I just know what I need to do xD

ok im so sorry for commenting so late.Β Packing and Dad is in the Emergency Room.Β This is great Elly!Β I did not expect to see both forms together on the same drawing, which i really meant to draw one for my challenge, but other things got in the way.Β I know you dont do anthro much xD but you did absolutely splendid, and i love the hexagon texture, as it reminds me of Sy's old sonic reference sheet.Β I absolutely love this.Β I'll work on my side as soon as I can, but I do feel like i should animate it, as I havent animated an art trade before.Β This was a great experience and I am so so glad i traded with you.Β

Well, you see I got inspired by your reference sheets. I couldn't decide which one so I drew both xD And about drawing Anthro it's soemthing new for me though but I want to draw some Anthro art soon. So it was a good practice for me
