Description
A ruler character; Empress Shazulon from the Alternative Dimension. She's the Empress of the Eastern side, a supreme ruler who has the ability of summoning as well as spells. Her kingdom has been fighting against the west; Dark Mistress, whom went missing for an amount of time. As Nightmare and his groups wondered into the kingdom she treats them as intruders but there are other reasons.

The design is by ~kuro-neko and I try to keep her as close to her style as I could but looks a bit more older than how she drew her. I think she designed a great character because I don't know how long will take me to come up with some of the elements. In a way I think the red works good with her outfit. She said she has not drawn in her staff, I'll probably add that in when she shows up.
