I think the biggest word I can use here to discribe this would have to be "flashy." o.o; [I can't cant comprehend how you did all this using 100% of my brain...]
truth be told, there's something about the way you drew Blood Hito that seriouslly reminds me of .hack//SIGN's Tsukasa. Maybe it's the color scheme. speakign on, my GAWD did you saturate the colors to all get out.. o.o;;
The Nezumi pose here ["The Nezumi." As to not get confused with all those other Nezumis. XP] happens to look heroic here. I like how the energy esque colors seem to wind around him/you then spiral in mult directions to signify power being classed with one another [Plus the blue's just freakin' pretty. c'.c;;]
[I think I like the whole power clashing here. I blame those Star Wars animation previews on Cartoon Network for that.. c'.x;;]
Blood Hito's pose makes him look too ominpotent. This is where I'm going to have to go to the facial expressions to compare. I mean, Nez's here is so determined and hard core enraged for the sake of opponent's defeat [And look at how that visor shiiiines... o.o Very cool.]
Blood hito jst looks aggrevated and irritable [So THAT'S why he reminds me of Tsukasa~! Same default expression!] as if he's fighting back but with and expression of "Look, I only said your sis was cute, dude. Let it go..." [Or at least to my interpretation. ^ ^:;;]
Still, all things aside this is quite dyanamic. Massive action being displayed, loads of cosmic forces which seem to be clasing against one another.. yeah, you did a nice job here. ^ ^

Hito's expression looks like Tsukasa? Hmm... now that you mention it... kind of.
The expression of Hito is like those "powerful" characters you see in animations like Forte from Rockman EXE.
I guess I should've drawn more expressive and intensive facial for him.

Nice idea of two characters dueling, It would be better if the other one is your work.

Something's missing... Good ratio and proportion.
Tone
Good coloring, the blending of color is good. Overused lighting and effects.

The face of the character is missing, it's possible to put something there.
