You know them, dont you? They're Ueki Kousuke and Ai Mori from The Law of Ueki Manga. Why do they wear shinigami outfit? I dont know, because it's Choco's drawingMaybe this is the reason
Mori & Soi's seiyuu is Tomoko Kawakami and Hitsugaya & Ueki's is Paku Romi
And she's in doubt to choose Tou-chan or Kou-chan ^^
Ueki's zanpakutou is Kirinmaru and Mori's is Meganebachi (haaaah??)

Hey! I'm going to tell ya some spoils about Ai Mori and Soi! 
Ai says "Aite o megane suki ni kaeru chikara" (The power to change opponent into a glasses lover) when she's going to change someone to a glasses lover
Meanwhile, if Soi says "Soitsu o megane suki ni kaeru chikara" (The power to change THAT PERSON into a glasses lover)
Besides, Soi likes to say "Soitsu"
Their voice actor are same too, Tomoko Kawakami
