Locations within Platinum Hills-Lauren Wallace

Family Home
Growing up in the suburbs of Platinum Hills, Michigan, Lauren Wallace lived in a 10,000 square foot mansion which sat on a privately owned 6.5 acre waterfront estate. Some of the amenities Lauren had available to her were her own bedroom suite with attached bathroom: which her adopted parents made her responsible for cleaning, a beautiful panoramic view of the lake, elevator, entertainment and theater room and, work out area. Currently, Lauren does not live at her family’s estate but, does pay to make sure it is kept looking pristine. She does visit a few times a month in order to maintain her party girl, heiress cover. She has allowed the support staff who wishes to stay there the opportunity to do so but, certain conditions must be kept with no negotiating. First, her identity as the super heroine Silhouette can never be divulged to anyone, even after leaving the mansion. Second, the mansion and grounds must be kept in pristine condition and, three areas of the house are off limits unless in a dire, Silhouette level emergency: her room, her adopted parents’ room and, workout area. Third, anyone wishing to move in beyond immediate family must be vetted and approved by Lauren first.

Apartment
Under the name Christina Spencer, Lauren’s middle name and her adopted mother’s maiden name, Lauren currently lives in an 840 square foot apartment in a building called The Manning in Platinum Hills’ Capitol Park neighborhood. Her apartment is located on the top floor of the 11 floor building and in the rear. For the majority of the residents rent is $1500 per month but, for “Christina Spencer” rent is $2200 per month. Her apartment has hardwood flooring throughout, except in the bathroom, energy efficient in ceiling fluorescent lighting, reclaimed wood cabinets in the kitchen with state of the art, stainless steel appliances, air conditioning, and controlled access and, much more. For her extra $700 rent “Christina” enjoys having the largest apartment in the building, for comparison no other apartments are bigger than 752 square feet, bamboo flooring in the bathroom with a steam shower equipped with a rainfall shower head, bidet, towel warmer and, access to a 3’x3’ shed where she keeps a spare of her Silhouette costume and equipment under biometric lock.

Warehouse
An off the books property owned and held by Wallace Enterprises, Inc., on the edge of the warehouse district in Platinum Hills, Lauren uses a three floor formerly abandoned clothing manufacturing warehouse for her base of operations as Silhouette. There are two ways to enter the warehouse, either via the loading area and connected door or via the emergency stairs starting on the second floor. Both entrances require entering a 6 to 9 character code on a hidden keypad that currently only Lauren Wallace, Nerissa Moretti, and Ciara Nichols knows. As a safety measure the girls agreed on having two codes, one is for normal entry and operation and a second one if either the girls are in trouble by the warehouse. The second code automatically engages the building security systems and sends a message to the other two.
-Ground/First Floor: Vehicle Storage and Maintenance (can hold up to 4 cars of similar size to a Dodge Charger or 8 motorcycles), Power for the building, HVAC.
-Second Floor: Various Labs, Training Areas, Gym, Infirmary, Costume and Equipment Storage (Labeled By Heroine)
-Third Floor: Personal Quarters, Kitchen, Living Area, Computer Equipment, Dedicated Server Room (Kept locked at all times, currently only biometric data from Lauren, Nerissa, or Ciara WHILE CONSCIOUS can unlock server room door.

Thank you. The first two were easy because I can single line sketch a floor plan. The last was tough because I couldn't find a warehouse plan to use and, I don't have a superhero MMO background so I had to think what from the Batcave and Avengers Mansion can I use.

I'm pretty awful at cartography of any sort- I've been known to make a dungeon or castle or two for various roleplaying games, but my best efforts have always been from adapting other people's work.  When I have to do it all myself, I get overexcited and the results suffer...

I took a few drafting classes in high school and was an architecture major at one point, so I can do a single line sketch of a floor plan and tell you about all the stuff inside of like houses or an apartment. Anything bigger like a school or warehouse, I struggle. Like I said before, I don't have any superhero MMO or any RPG experience so coming up with stuff for right now heroines is a learning experience.

Nice work describing the main dwelling places of Lauren / Silhouette with an impressive level of detail for each location.

Thank you. Was a bit of a challenge. Didn't know if she was going to live in hideout or keep the two separate. Then tried to figure out what all she could need at the warehouse location.
