as nice is this picture is i cannot favorite it nor will i recommend it to anyone else i know.
The reason behind this is the huge distracting branding you have superimposed over your nice picture.
Please don't treat us collectors like criminals. While i would have liked to add this picture to my personal collection of digital art, in my opinion you have ruined any enjoyment i could have by getting lost in it and going to a far away place but so obviously placing something that would being me back into this sick profit motivated world

i'm glad you seem to like it and i can understand your point of view but keep this in mind...
Blame the rotten apples in the basket, the ones who make us add a watermark... Its the only way other people can find who actually made it. If i don't add a watermark at it, and you put in into your personal collection assuming its not in DA fav's but on your pc, how can you remember later who made what? Do you how many artist pieces floats over the internet and that nobody actually know anymore who is the original artist because of those personal ' this piece i like' gallery's? How many artiests don't know that their stuff is being sold by somebody on for example ebay? Or that somebody claims that they made it while they have not?
Do you make things yourself and have you ever been ripped?i was naive in the beginning but since all the rips, i've become very protective I have encountered my things on several places, were they didn't ask permission to use it, to display it and even sell for something i don't even make a print from. Do you know what a shock it gives you when you find your art/baby's on other places? to see other people taking credit for something they didn't make? It sucks because they violate our ' baby's '.
I don't like the watermark either but its a small and ugly protection , and even that isn't enough because there are some smart asses that remove it.
Do you know the hassle it gives us when we need to ask to remove it , or at least ask permission? Its takes time that we can spend on making something new...
Do you think i would have 2 jobs if i was making profit of my pieces? and this hobby is my thirth ' job", one i love, and one that i try to touch peoples heart
So Blame those persons for making us add a watermark on our stuff. Not us who are just protecting out 'baby's".
Its because of people like that , that we don't trust people anymore..
Sorry for this rambling

i love the statue, but i was wondering why is there a moon in your pictures more than 75% of the time?

thank you you are not the first one who asks about my moon'fetish' lol so i wrote it down awhile ago so here it is
why i use the moon so much there are several reasons
first one ; I love the moon, and it seem to have a big effect on me. like for example, with the new moon, i get full of energy, start new things. when its the first quarter moon, i alway end up to much things at the same time. with the full moon. I mostly watch the results, feeling unbalanced and trying to find my balance back
whith the last quarter moon i always start to feel melancholic, kinde of sad, before i start to get some new energy
second one, for me the moon represents mystery, creativity, femininty, comebined with water it associates with imagination ( that why often the personages have one tear in their eye )i associated it with irrational side of things and intuition ( because i never know where i'm gona end when i make something ) knowing without thinking thing and rebirth ( think of my quote, its connected to that -> "Every image is a reflection of death, and every death an image of live" which means the start of a piece, a creation that builds up till its one piece, once the image is done, its a reflection of what you muse, inspiration, memorie or whatever, shows you in your mind what they wanted you to make, something you want to create, And the moment you finish something , its in a way a death , because you know you have come to an end, and an end of being in an other world, an end for a selfchosen sollitude when you worked on something, and also an end that leads to another piece, so it will all start all over again . so in a way thats why i most of the time put a moon in my things because it show all that, at least for me

This is beautiful, it's so hard to transform a statue into a living being, but you've done a terrific job with it here!
I didn't even know it was a statue until I read your description.. awesome work! Nice layout and good manipulation!
