Here's a little something to try if you've got some time on your hands: if you're feeling really adventurous, try drawing a galaxy in the background instead of using a picture. It will match the style of your drawing better, and will eliminate the digital "noise" that is often seen in dark photos.
And one more thing: switch to PNGs from JPEGs as soon as you can. JPEG compression only marrs the quality of the wonderful art.

The background was kinda because of my lazyness and I just put it in there rather than just having it white, so yeah

No, this isn't scraps material, trust me.
It was just a friendly suggestion if you were up for a challenge. I actually imagine drawing a good-looking galaxy would be much harder than it looks, 'cause you'd need to get the diffusing cloud effect right and stuff.

Since I'm always up for a challange concerning photoshop I'll give it a go in the full pic and see how it turns out
