Attack at Vesta Station

MAJOR THEME: Space battles (get your ship’s prepped for combat.(Owning a ship isn't required however))
Group missions are games that all members can participate in. You are not required to participate in them. They may not be connected to other missions at all. They are designed for new players to meet other players and find new role-play partners.

Vesta Station is one of the few human run station in Unknown Space. It's a grand establishment for trading with the local alien species, and home to a thousand more.It's placement however makes it very difficult to defend and because of that pirates raid the base often.
It's been quiet for months. So quiet that people were starting to wonder if something more is going on especially since ship’s leaving the station often got attacked on the way out of the system. Particularly non-human owned ships.
You’ve just arrived at the station and decide head into the local bar by the name of Zeta Serpent run by a large snake like woman.There is a odd crew in the bar one that doesn't seem interested in pleasantries, but also seems to be very interested in you.
