Like Serbis said; this piece is outstanding. The complexity and the shading make this drawing extremely unique, and quite appealing to the eye.
The face sculptured is drawn near perfection, the the smirk is just gorgeous!! I can't help but stare at this in awe...
However, this IS a critique so I must point out some parts which could be improved:
The neck shading definitely could be improved, if you look very closely, it looks life she has a very big neck-but only if you pay a lot of attention to it!
I personally have no comment about the hair, the shading looks splendid!
Vision: Splendidly crafted, very realistic!!

Technique: The use of pencil and the shading is just-....I won't continue...

I myself love pictures like this. It truly looks like a photograph and from afar look so appealing to the eye it could in fact be a real human. Hehe, as so many have said before... The features to me, in this picture are grandiose and they stuck out the most in this. The eyes for one looking at me, with that devilish almost conniving smirk, they gave the largest impression of detail. The lips are so beautifully sculpted I think they are REAL! The features in the face as I've said make this picture stand out. My only diminished feeling comes from the lack of depth in the volume of her hair, and the low shading in the neck region. While it's excellent, there need to be darker variations under the "umbrella" of hair. This will give some depth to her viseage. Her ear looks a bit far. Perhaps a clip of the ear revealed would make it feel natural.
Nonetheless I love this piece. It keeps me enamored and enthralled by her complexity and depth, especially in the face. While I know this older work and you have improved greatly, this is going to keep me going back to your site alot more frequently.
Vision: Based on the depth of reality shown in the center of the piece.
Originality: Based on the character it's based off of, and the way it was created.
Technique: Based on the severe use of pencils and shading. Depth and definition in the face make this piece stand out.
Impact: Based solely on the "WOW" feeling I get upon seeing this picture.
