This year's Christmas card! Yay! I'm early, I know!

Drawing this was so much fun! It's something completely different from what I normally draw or how, but I really enjoyed the process. Last week, I saw an ad for a wedding fair or something in town where the couple did a similar pose, so I thought it would be cute to turn the two into animals. Originally it was planned as a wedding card, but hey, since I am nowhere near getting married and I didn't want to raise anybody's hope, in the end it turned out to be a perfect Christmas card. Somehow it reminds me of The Nutcracker .

Fun fact: I actually drew this on the envelop of a rejection letter I received. Who would have thought that?
