actually its pretty eash to figure out, chapter 19 will come out page at a time, 4 times a week on the site.
that means chapter 19 will come out on DA about 7 and a half weeks from now.
but... of course... you can follow it on the site. but i understand for some, this is just simply, unacceptable.
