Description
I thought there will never come a day when I get to draw a transformer character with the design based on the new movies but here it is. There were time when i wanted to draw the characters but i am always overwhelmed by the complexity of the machinery and moving parts of the robots compared to the ones from the original series, which were a lot easier to draw. I was commissioned to make this pic so I had to put aside my fears and went for it.

The subject you see is supposed to be a female version of the Autobot ratchet as she transforms into a ambulance based on a Ford F-350 Super Duty series truck show aside. Designing her was very very difficult for me, especially when grafting the design elements from the ambulance on to her body. I worked on each and every detail to make sure I achieve the complexity of her design, right dowrn to the Ford badge. hehe

But it looks great and it is a personal achievement that I finally got to draw a transformer.
