-Please look in full view-This is the toughest project I've taken on. I've just finished the Dark Tower, and was inspired to draw the main character Roland. Who reminded me of my Grandpa.
This one goes out to my Grandpa. My love for westerns is in my blood.
This was all drawn on photoshop. It took me about three days.
I used only a mouse, the paint brush in photoshop and may layers. Nothing more, noting less.

Wow, this is really neat. I love your sort of "rough" technique, it adds dimension. The pose of the guy is awesome and I'm amazed that you did this all with the brush tool. Bravo!

Thank you! You can do the brush method also, just give it a try. I just use the mouse like a pencil. And I zoom in as close as possible and word from there.

Yeah, the process is just like drawing on paper. I never learned how to use photoshop, so I just kinda did it my own way.

have you seen pics or ads of those things with a pen lookin thing with a whute tip and a litle pad. thats a wacom tablet.

nope its more of a plug in tool. hang on a sec i'll give you a link to one.................. ok here ya go. [link] it alows you to draw on your comp with the pen so it feels more like your drawing on paper. ima askin fer one fer ma b-day or money fer one

I really like how the hat came out, and the smoky background. Faving now. ^^
And actually I think there are rumors of a movie or a TV series floating about in the ether now...and the new comic book, of course! Hooray for the Dark Tower!
