Wolfie Mario does not realize it, but his emotions (especially the stronger ones) can affect the weather. And I'm planning on having that happen in later parts of The Missing, when he appears. It will be very good for Luigi when that cold-hearted creep Mr. L and the new antagonist (who will break Mario's heart more than once and also hurt him, though not as cruelly as Mr. L does) appear. (can you guess who the new antagonist will be?) that way, Luigi can help his brother more, since the weather is affected differently to each of Mario's emotions.

No, the new antagonist is not Wario, he doesn't really appear (actually, I'm deciding whenever the Wario Bros. should appear or not). The new antagonist is someone who you would not expect to hurt on Mario, but actually has a very good reason why he thinks he should.
