The babies...are almost here! 
This piece took quite a long time to do, since the file size is huge and my program was acting up a little bit. Based on the pictures I have left, the babies should finally be introduced in the next two pictures dedicated to this series. 
Peach is in surgery right now because the doctors discovered that Twin A was blocking the way, and they were in the breech position rather than head-down. (No, I'm not drawing that, so Mario is shown in the waiting room.) Daisy, on the other hand, is able to give birth naturally, but the amount of pain she's in suggests that her baby may be coming quickly, so she demands the epidural (this is a type of anesthetic that mutes the pain in her lower mid-section). Luigi's clearly learned from Dylan and Luis's births, and has a boxing glove handy so Daisy won't crush his fingers. 
Clearly, Toadsworth hasn't spent enough time with Dylan and Luis to really know how rambunctious the boys get. Already there's things on fire.

What happened to Peach sounds horrible. I don't quite get it, but I know for a fact that is not natural.
Toadsworth, you are the WORST babysitter EVER. If I was Mario, I'd have called Rosalina. With her successfully watching over hundreds of Lumas each day, a few human children should be no problem to her.

I bet they could rival sonic in terms of speed if they can manage that in a matter of seconds
