I like this piece for a number of reasons. First of all we see the blue, but it isn't overpowering and it doesn't take away from the subtle grays in the rest of the piece that give it the innocent, childlike look. I also love the eyes particularly her right one. It looks like it's depth goes on forever and her lashes and brows are so dainty it's simply gorgeous. I would have liked to see something similar on the left eye which is overtaken by the shine and is a less detailed than the right. I love how from the head down to her chest she looks human. After moving down the lollipop to her jointed hand (thinking you had missed some erasing) and then looking down to her elbow I was hit with the realization that she was in fact a doll! Two things looked rather awkward in the otherwise well put together piece: Her neck and the wing. Her neck, I can't tell if the pendant is attached to a ribbon or that is another doll joint. The wing looks more in the foreground than behind her, confusing the eye and looking a little more like some blob of feathers there. Other than that this is a very well done piece.
