This is only 1/3 of his requests and part 2 out of the 8 requests I got.

For Itsumi: She fell down inside a hole and some tentacles grabbed her and she came out tied up and gagged in the middle of the street. She tried calling for help but everyone that passed by was ignoring her. (And she burst into tears)
For QT: She gets a letter from Tabi that she needed to head over to a lair for a surprise and it turns out it was a trap to kill QT.
For Carol: She gets a snowball thrown at her face and it freezes overnight and once her face is broken out of the ice, her mouth is wrapped and she is tied while sitting in a jakoozy.
