my bro ~Notos wanted to see this here so here it is. usually i don't upload quick sketches to devart but i think this came out pretty good. i used my action figure as a reference for this pose, although the lower half of her body doesn't really conjoin with the upper half..chun-li - street fighter
pencil, colored inks (not watercolors, colored inks give off the same effect but i don't have any.)

Thats funny, my cartoonist teacher says to use action figures to get certain poses n stuff in our panels. I'll take your word that it didnt come out right- it would seem pretty accurate for a capcom character. I should try using ink washes like that. overall looks great.

Looks really impressive for a quick sketch - I agree, using action figures is a good way to get a good pose as well as check the character's design

a mix of dr. martin's bombay india ink and higgins. i have yellow and brown higgins because i ran out of them, and i can't seem to find dr. martin's brand anywhere anymore. :/ but higgins is very good too.
