He does wear 24/7 but using them isn't required. He can still use the potty but often doesn't make it.

Depends on his mental state. He is physically about 3 but mentally still the same age as he was. That is until he has a mental regression relapse. Then his mind regressed to his physical age for a few.

Sometimes. Mainly depends on the person. With his girlfriend he's fine but anyone else has to ask first.

And i wonder if he still managed to keep his drivers licence? Probably needs a bunch of books to heighten himself to see over the dash and stilts to reach the pedals

He does. But he knows better than to try and drive. Way to small for that to be safe.

and also did he manage to keep hold of his position in the lab i can just imagine his lab with stairs and bridges to reach the tables since he is probablt too short

in the story that fluid is a discovery of the institution,. By this time it's properties are well known. So they have contingencies in place for stuff accidents like this. Not to give to much away for when I post the story, the fluid isn't suppose to be permanent.
